Engineering & Construction We design and build the mechanical infrastructure for data centers’ facilities, particularly HVAC systems, chilled water distribution, fire protection systems (sprinklers, water mist, hydrants), smoke exhaust, sanitary and potable water distribution, sewers, consumption accounting systems, both for water and energy. We also manage external infrastructures necessary to the buildings, such as rainwater collection, underground distribution and external hydrants, and a fire protection station with a dedicated water storage tank. In the construction of our systems we pay close attention to energy saving and environmental compatibility, favoring the use of free cooling whenever possible, and refrigeration systems that use the most modern refrigerant gasses with lower GWP. In the construction of our systems, we follow the highest technical and regulatory European and US standards. Operations & Maintenance We define and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, directly managing all vendors involved, and produce detailed procedures, with punctual instructions to manage any possible situation. We carry on incident management in accordance with clients’ needs and plant peculiarities, with a permanent presidium of continuously trained technicians ensuring timely intervention and high-quality results.
